How it works

Where do you see this logo

To proceed, all you need is a compatible mobile phone (consult the compatibility list) that allows you to frame the scene from an adequate distance. Alternatively, It is advisable to use a desktop computer, both Windows and Mac, equipped with webcam. If you want to get higher audio quality, you might also consider using a dedicated sound card.

Then decide whether to share your cell phone camera or your desktop computer's webcam. Alternatively, you can opt to share your entire desktop if you prefer.

Audio:

Now you can click START

At this point you are live, and site users will be able to hear and see you with a streaming quality and resolution determined by their connection and yours when sending.

Let's consider the 'live' aspect’ as 'relative': the main purpose of live broadcasts is to create content. You can do what you want, as long as it remains within the permitted limits. However, the real strength lies in creating video clips that are recorded and downloaded at the highest quality, regardless of the quality of the live stream.

By clicking the REC button:

you will automatically record the video to your hard drive, whether you are using a mobile phone or a desktop computer:

It didn't end here. While you're live, you can click on the REC button to start a recording and stop it with the same button, thus creating as many clips as you want. We see the live broadcast as an opportunity to showcase the creative process, not just the end result. You can use this time to test a pedal, an amplifier, look for a sound, and so on.

As you create your video clips, you can upload them to the portal as articles. These will appear under your name, cataloged and consultable on your personal page (you can consult my profile as an example) and throughout the site, thanks to relevant tags and categories.

In this entry form, you will find a classic editor with options for preview and HTML code, along with fields for the title and related categories.

To add your clips even during the live broadcast, click on 'Add Media'. You can also upload an image to use as a preview of your article on the homepage. Alternatively, the post title will appear with a random colored background.

From the live room click on the logo:

The procedure is exactly the same but, HE WILL NOT SEE YOU’ NOBODY ! let's hope only then you insert the fruit of your work “Also” from us.

Il WebM Project is an initiative sponsored by Google to create a free and royalty-free video format, designed to offer high quality video compression and optimized for use with HTML5.

The project was supported from the beginning by Mozilla, Opera and Google, with the official announcement during the Google I/O conference 2010.

Internet Explorer 9 (now deprecated) could support WebM files if the VP8 codec was installed locally. Even though there is no official support from Apple, Safari for desktop supports codecs installed on QuickTime, which may allow playback of WebM files in the future. Adobe announced that Flash Player (also deprecated) would be updated to support the VP8 codec, but without mentioning the Vorbis audio codec or the WebM container format.

AMD (owner of the ATI brand), ARM e Broadcom have announced their support for WebM hardware acceleration. Nvidia declared its support for the adoption of VP8, but with no specific plans for hardware support.

From 2017, even the browser Edge from Microsoft supports WebM with the VP9 and Opus codecs.

With the introduction of iOS 15, Safari on iOS has added support for the WebM audio/video codec, who was initially non-native.

Il 30 July 2019, It was released Blender 2.80 with support for WebM.

The Sony PlayStation 5 supports video capture in WebM format at 1080p and 2160p resolutions.

From personal tests carried out, with the audio quality set to the detriment of the video quality, the recordings made directly from the site onto your hard disk will be of higher quality than any compression applied by portals and social networks. The file will be created in real time, without the need to wait for online processing and downloading.

The limit for consecutive live broadcasts is approx 5 minutes. You can upload files up to 120 MB per single upload. For clips shorter than 5 minutes, you can create as many as you want.

Space is INFINITE and FREE.
